Order Confirmation

When A Customer Places An Order With Genmds, They Will Receive A Confirmation Email. A Follow-Up Email With Order Processing Details And Expected Dispatch Time Will Be Sent Within 24 Hours Of Placing The Order. If There Are Any Issues With The Payment, Such As Non-Completion, The Customer Will Be Notified Via Email.

Shipping Confirmation

Confirmed Orders Are Typically Dispatched And Shipped On The Same Day. Once The Shipping Is Confirmed At Our End, The Customer Will Receive An Email With The Tracking Number And Shipping Details, Including The Expected Delivery Timeline. The Email Will Also Include Options For Manual Tracking Via Call. Orders Can Be Shipped To The Customer’s Home Or Work Address, And Customers Also Have The Option For Registered Airmail Which Is More Secure But Slightly More Expensive And Requires A Signature Upon Delivery.

Apo Addresses And Po Boxes

Orders Can Be Delivered To Apo Addresses And Po Boxes As Long As This Option Is Available In The Delivery Method Offered By Genmds. Customers Can Specify Their Preferred Delivery Address As An Apo Or Po Address.

Customs 

As Genmds Is Based Offshore in India, All Orders Are Considered Imported Goods. Orders May Experience Delays While Passing Through Customs, Which Can Range From A Few Days To Several Weeks In Rare Cases.

Delivery Times

Orders Are Shipped Within 24-48 Hours Of Placement, And Delivery Times Vary Depending On The Courier Service Used. If Customs Holds An Order, It May Take Up To 21 Days To Reach The Customer. Customers Are Encouraged To Contact Us If An Order Is Not Received Within 10 Days Of Placement.

Reshipment Of Lost Orders 

Genmds Will Reship Or Refund Any Orders That Are Lost In Transit. Customers Are Encouraged To Report Any Delays In Receiving An Order To Customer Care Within 8 Weeks Of The Order Being Shipped. Any Reports Made After This 8-Week Period Will Not Be Accepted Or Refunded.

Refund And Return Policy
